The installed App and this website have different data boundaries. This statement describes the 0.4.0 beta and this website.
The App counts categories, not characters
The keyboard listener passes only key category (ordinary, space, return or delete), hand side and time to other modules. It does not read, record or log specific characters. Input Monitoring is used for system-wide sounds and counts, not text capture. Secure Input (for example in password fields) may suppress events, so Keysuit hears nothing there.
Daily totals stay on your Mac
The App stores aggregate typing statistics, including daily and hourly counts, peak typing speed, focus duration and break counts, plus local settings and authorized folder bookmarks. It has no account, server connection, cloud sync, analytics service or automatic updater. Local stats can be exported or deliberately cleared using the App’s settings.
Permissions have specific purposes
Input Monitoring is for keyboard categories. Notifications are for reminders and alerts. Folder access is used for download and screenshot events; availability depends on permission and sandbox access. This website does not request those Mac permissions or read the installed App’s data.
This website makes ordinary resource requests
Your browser requests pages, styles, scripts and images from the site. After the page appears, it may also preload sound samples and part of the tour video from this site to reduce playback delays. Sound and video only play after you interact; the installer is downloaded only when you click its link. The pad handles physical key categories only while focused; it never reads, stores or transmits typed characters. This site includes no third-party analytics, trackers, cookies, newsletter signup forms or remote fonts.
Email feedback is optional
If you email support@keysuit.app, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your question and investigate the reported issue. Cloudflare Email Routing and our email provider process delivery. The website does not submit a feedback form or automatically attach App data.
Hosting
Wherever this site is hosted, the hosting provider may process ordinary access logs (such as IP address, time and the page or file requested), separate from the App’s data. Any change to analytics or contact services will be reflected here first.
